We didn't notice him as he came through a conference room doorway. He stood before us while we were deep in a technical analysis. We tried to ignore him but he wouldn't take the hint. He interrupted us and asked us to help him with an issue that only non-essential personel consider important. I stood up, approached him, took his arm and said: "Let me help you out, which way did you come in?"
